How photographers sell presets and take shoot bookings

Photographers and editors earn from two groups: followers who want your look in their own photos, and clients who want you behind the camera. This guide shows how to sell presets to the first group and book shoots with the second, from the same link.

Sell presets

On Free you can upload documents, images and audio, so share presets as a folder link. On Pro you can upload a ZIP of DNG or XMP files, and each download link expires. How to sell Lightroom presets and templates covers packing and pricing.

  1. Open Products, choose New product and name it with the count, such as "Moody film presets, 12 pack".
  2. Under How buyers get it, choose Upload files for the ZIP and an install PDF, or Share a link to the folder.
  3. Add before and after photos and a price, such as ₹499.

Book shoots

Open Bookings, choose New service and create "Portrait shoot, 1 hour" at a fixed price. Choose In person under Where it happens and add the meeting point. Use Notice in hours so nobody books a shoot for tomorrow morning, and Days ahead to limit how far out people can book.

Quote weddings and events

Weddings and events need a quote. Add a Brand enquiry form, set the Button text (optional) to "Ask for a quote" and tick Ask brands for their budget. Each enquiry lands in Deals, where you move it from New to Paid as the booking goes ahead. Free allows 5 enquiries a month.

Show your portfolio

Add an Image grid with three to twelve photos, each linking to the full post or gallery. Only show client work with the permission of the people in it.
