Refunds
Each seller sets their own refund policy. These are the rules that apply to every sale.

Seller refund policies
The seller’s refund policy is shown on the product page before you pay. Ask the seller first if something is wrong.
Sellers refund from their dashboard. The money goes back to the way you paid.
When the product does not arrive
Use the "Link not working" or "Not received" button in your receipt email. The seller has 48 hours to fix it. If they do not, we refund you from the seller’s next payout.
Fees on a refund
Tapyoka returns its platform fee and the GST on it.
The payment partner does not return its payment fee on a refund, so the seller bears that fee.
Refunds after the seller is paid
If the seller has already been paid, we take the refund back from the seller’s balance or their next payouts.
Chargebacks
If a buyer’s bank reverses a payment, the amount is taken from the seller’s future payouts. This is why new sellers have a short hold on payouts.
WhatsApp orders
Orders placed on WhatsApp and paid to the seller directly are between the buyer and the seller. We take no fee and cannot refund them.
Tapyoka Pro
You can cancel Pro at any time. It stays active until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part months.
