Terms of use
These terms cover everyone who uses Tapyoka: people who make a page, people who sell on it and people who visit or buy.
Last updated 19 October 2026
Who we are
Tapyoka gives you one link for your bio. You can add links, a shop, forms and contact details to a public page at tapyoka.com/yourname.
The grievance page lists the business that runs the service and how to reach our grievance officer.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to make a page or sell.
Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
One person or business can hold more than one username only where the plan allows it.
Your page and content
You own what you put on your page. You give us permission to host it, show it and make copies needed to run the service.
Do not post content that is illegal, misleading, sexual content involving minors, hateful, or that breaks someone else’s rights. The full list of banned content is in the seller terms.
We may hide a page or remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and we act on valid court and government orders.
Sellers are responsible for what they sell
When you buy on a seller’s page, the seller is the one selling to you. The seller is responsible for the product, what it contains, delivering it, keeping any access link working and any access rules on their own storage or platform.
Tapyoka takes the payment on the seller’s behalf, keeps a fee and pays the rest to the seller. Each product page shows who the seller is.
Buyers
Read the product page and the seller’s refund policy before you pay.
If what you bought does not arrive or the link does not work, use the button in your receipt email. We tell the seller and give them 48 hours to fix it. If they do not, we refund you from the seller’s next payout.
Fees and plans
Making a page is free. On the Free plan we keep 8% plus GST of each sale. On Pro we keep 2% plus GST and charge ₹249 a month plus GST.
The payment fee charged by our payment partner is shown at checkout and in your earnings.
Reporting a page
Anyone can report a page or a product with the Report link at the bottom of it. We review reports and may hide the page while we look.
Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never be down.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by sellers, buyers or other users.
Changes and law
We will tell you before important changes to these terms take effect.
These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in West Bengal will hear any dispute.
