The 0% offer on sales
For a limited period Tapyoka charges no fee on sales, on Free and on Pro. Every account made on or before the day the offer closes to new sellers keeps 0% on every sale for as long as the account stays active, on either plan and after the offer closes. We will say so on this site at least 30 days before it closes. The offer stays with your account and cannot be passed to someone else. The payment fee is still passed on at cost.
Questions about plans
Can I start on Free and move to Pro later?
Yes. Upgrade from the Plan screen whenever you like. Your page, links, products and orders stay exactly as they are, and the Pro features switch on straight away.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Monthly is ₹294 a month. Yearly is ₹2,818 a year, which works out to ₹235 a month and saves ₹710 against 12 monthly payments. You pick monthly or yearly on the Plan screen after you sign in.
Is there a trial or a first month offer?
New accounts get one of two offers: a free 14 day trial of Pro with no payment, or ₹58 for the first month of Pro monthly. The Plan screen shows which one you have. Each person can use one offer once. When the trial ends your account goes back to Free, unless you choose a plan before then. The ₹58 first month is for monthly only and then renews at ₹294 a month until you cancel.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, any time from the Plan screen. Pro keeps working until the end of the month or year you paid for, then your account moves to Free. We email you a week before it ends with a list of what will change.
What happens to my things if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Products, catalog items and booking services above the Free limits stay on your page, you just cannot add more. Buyers keep their downloads. Pixels, schedules, routing, pulse and glow, the page redirect and code, subscribe and date locks pause, and their settings are kept for when you come back. Members-only links stay locked, current members keep access until the end of the period they paid for, and new joins stop. A Pro look switches to the closest free look, your custom design is kept but not shown, and stats go back to the last 7 days.
Does Pro lower the fee on sales?
Not while you have the 0% offer. Sellers who join during the offer pay 0% on sales on both plans, so you pick Pro for the limits and features above, not for the fee.
Is the Pro price all inclusive?
Yes. Pro is a flat ₹294 a month or ₹2,818 a year. The payment fee on each sale is passed on at cost and shown on every sale.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet, on either plan.
