How do food orders work?

Buyers pick items and send the order on WhatsApp. You confirm it in the chat and take payment on delivery or by UPI. No fee is charged on WhatsApp orders.

Can I take an advance for party orders?

Not through the catalog for now. Advance payments are off for food sellers, so agree it in the chat.

Do I need an FSSAI number?

Selling cooked food usually needs at least a basic FSSAI registration. Check what applies to you, and show the number on your page once you have it.
