Monthly group batches
A batch is a group that meets at a fixed time, such as Monday to Friday at 6:30 am, and pays every month. On Tapyoka, this is a membership.
Memberships are part of Pro. A booking slot takes one person, so bookings do not suit group batches.
- Open Members and choose Add a plan. Name it after the batch, such as "Morning batch, 6:30 am".
- Set the Monthly price (₹), for example ₹1,500.
- Under Benefits, one per line, write the days, the time and what is included.
- Paste your WhatsApp group link in Private group invite link. Post the daily class link in that group.
- Choose Add plan and share the join page. For a fixed class link, add a link block with the Members only lock.
Members get a reminder 3 days before the month ends. When they pay again, you mark it paid in Members. How to sell a paid WhatsApp or Telegram community covers joining, renewals and removals.
One to one sessions
Use Bookings for private sessions. Create a service such as "1:1 session, 45 min" at ₹599, set your Weekly hours around your batch times, and add a Break after, in minutes so sessions do not run into each other. The steps are in How to take paid coaching calls with UPI.
Recorded series
A recorded series, such as a 10 video back care series, sells as a product. Share a link to an unlisted playlist, or upload the videos on Pro. How to sell an online course without a website covers this.
Free trial classes
Add a Lead form titled "Book a free trial class" that asks for a phone number. New entries show up under Leads, and you can send them the trial class link on WhatsApp.
Health and safety
Ask new students about injuries and health conditions before the first class, and say clearly that they should check with a doctor if unsure. Keep your own claims modest: describe what the class involves, not what it will cure.
