Write your packages
- Keep it to four to six packages: bridal, engagement, reception, party, and mehendi for the bride and for guests.
- Say what each one includes: the look, lashes, hair, draping, and how many hours you stay.
- Price every package. Brides who see a price send a real enquiry, and the rest move on without taking your time.
Put the packages in a catalog
- Open Page, choose Catalog, set the Button text to "See bridal packages" and add your WhatsApp number for orders.
- Under How buyers get their order, choose Sort it out on WhatsApp, or add delivery areas with a charge for each if you charge for travel to other cities.
- Under Advance payment, choose 25% advance by payment link or 50% advance by payment link.
- Add each package as an item with its price, a description and up to 3 photos. Use Add an option, like size or flavour for choices such as "Hands only" and "Hands and feet", each with its own price.
The bride picks a package and taps the order button. The order lands in your WhatsApp chat with the total and the advance. Check the date, then use Send payment link from the order under WhatsApp orders, and Mark paid when the advance arrives. Only block the date once it has.
Book paid trials
- Open Bookings, choose New service, and create "Bridal trial, 90 min" with a price, such as ₹2,500.
- Under Where it happens, choose In person and add your studio address in Meeting link, address or note (sent after booking).
- Set your Weekly hours and add your wedding dates under Days off, so trials never clash with a booking.
- Add a Booking block to your page.
Show your work and your reviews
Add an Image grid with your best bridal looks and mehendi designs, each linking to the reel it came from. Add a Reviews block with a few lines from past brides, with their permission.
Write your advance and cancellation rules
Write what happens to the advance if the wedding date moves or is cancelled in Settings, under Seller details, in Refund and cancellation terms. Say it again in the chat before you send the payment link, so there are no surprises later.
