Paid consultations with Bookings
- Open Bookings and choose New service. Name it "30 min consultation", set Length in minutes to 30 and the Price in rupees.
- Under What is it? choose Service. Under Where it happens, choose Online, In person or Phone call, and put the meeting link or office address in Meeting link, address or note.
- Set Notice in hours so nobody books a slot in the next hour, and Cancel up to, hours for your cancellation window.
- Add your Weekly hours and save. Then add a Booking block to your page and publish.
The full walk through, including what clients see, is in How to take paid coaching calls with UPI.
Fixed fee work as products
For work like ITR filing, sell a product that delivers a link to your document form.
- Make a form or a shared folder where clients upload their documents, for example a Google Form with file upload.
- Open Products, choose New product, name it "ITR filing, salaried" and set the price. Under What is it? choose Service.
- Under How buyers get it, choose Share a link and paste the form link. In Note for buyers (optional), list the documents you need.
- Choose Save and activate and add it to your page with Add product.
The client pays, gets the form link, and sends documents only after paying. Only use a document form you control, and keep client data private.
For work that needs a quote
Some work cannot have a fixed price, such as a company audit. Add a Lead form that asks for name, email and phone, titled for example "Get a quote for your business". New entries show up under Leads.
Professional rules
ICAI has rules on how members may advertise and seek work. Read the current ICAI guidelines before you publish prices or a page about your practice, and keep the wording factual.
Paid items on Tapyoka need a one time licence declaration and your PAN or Aadhaar before they go live.
