Collect your numbers
Open Instagram insights for the last 30 or 90 days and note your followers, average reel views, engagement, top cities and age groups. Use real numbers from your insights; brands check, and a rounded down number is better than a guess.
Add a Media kit block
- Open Page and choose Media kit.
- Under Your accounts, add each platform with Followers, Avg views and Engagement %. Up to 6 accounts.
- Fill in Top cities (up to 5, with commas), Audience by age, in % and, if you want, Women in your audience, % (optional).
- Add What you post about and Brands you worked with (up to 12).
- Add up to 6 Work samples, each a title and a link to the post.
- Save and publish.
Visitors see the kit on your page and can choose Download as PDF. Send that link to brands who ask.
Add a rate card
Choose Rate card and add rows such as Instagram reel, story or a bundle, each with a price in rupees. Tick Starting from where the price depends on the brief. Under GST, choose whether prices are plus GST, include GST, or do not mention it, based on your own registration.
Showing rates saves time with brands that cannot afford you. If you prefer to quote each time, skip the rate card and use the enquiry form below.
Collect enquiries and track deals
Add a Brand enquiry form with the button "Work with me" and tick Ask brands for their budget. Brands fill in their name, email, budget range and what they need. Each enquiry lands in Deals, on a board with columns from New to Paid, so nothing gets lost in DMs.
Free allows 5 enquiries a month. Pro has no limit.
Contracts and tax
Get the brief, the deliverables, the dates and the payment terms in writing before you post. Brand income is taxable; check with a CA about GST registration and how to invoice.
