At a flea market, a pop up or on a parcel, a QR code turns a passer by into a follower or a repeat buyer. Your page already has one. This guide covers which file to use where, and how to make people scan it.

Download your QR code

Publish your page, then choose Share and QR code at the top of the Page screen. Under Download the QR code, pick a format:

FormatUse it for
PNGWhatsApp, Instagram stories and phone screens
SVGSending to a designer or a printer; it stays sharp at any size
Print PDFA small card with the code and your page address, ready to print for a counter or packaging

The code points to a permanent address for your page, so printed codes keep working even if you change your username later.

Style it on Pro

Open Settings and find QR code. Pick colours for the Dots and the Background, add My profile photo or Upload a logo in the middle, and tick Add a frame with a label with up to 24 characters, such as "Scan to shop". Every change is checked so phones can still scan it. You can try it on Free; Save QR code needs Pro.

Place it where people scan

  • Print it at least 3 cm wide, larger for a banner.
  • Put it at eye level or on the counter, not on the floor of the stall.
  • Say why to scan: "Scan for the full menu" or "Scan to order again on WhatsApp".
  • Add one inside every parcel, so buyers can reorder without searching for you.
  • Scan your printed code with two different phones before you print a hundred.
